At 0536hrs the Carlisle Fire Co. with trooper 2 and medic 101 were dispatched to a MVC pedestrian struck in front of 605 Bay Rd, I.G. Burton.  Ambulance A42 went on scene and advised command 42 and medic 101 of 1 patient with a severe leg injury.  Command 42 arrived on scene with Wayne Ingram (42-19) establishing Bay Road command; medic 101 followed confirming Troop 2 would be utilized.  Bay Road command had advised engine 42-5, under William Carpenter (42-17), to set up a landing zone for Trooper 2 in the south bound lane and assist A42.  Crews from Rescue 42, under Justin Konesey (42-21), and Engine 42-4, under firefighter Frank Kaleyias, were to assist Milford PD with a search.  Bay road south bound was shut for approx. 15 minutes for Trooper 2.  Bay Road command put the scene under control at 0600.  All units cleared at 0622 hrs and back in quarters at 0626hrs.
